I used to play in the Tukey Bowl every year there with some former Duck football players. I would get so muddy, I would drive home in a plastic trash bag pulled up to my waist.

Yeah bunch of upgrades. They need to get that field at Grant certified. Has that happened yet? Can the kids play there now?

By the way….. if you weren’t down with our Mariners when we were struggling, we don’t need you now!

Cal added a moon shot of his own into the upper deck and a 2B ... pretty fun final few games as each guy makes a run at the MVP

Haven't seen an AL West title since I was in 8th grade. It feels so nice. Cal sitting alongside Babe Ruth is pretty surreal.

What a night! Convincing win! Cal hits 60! We win the division for the first time in 24 years!

My only regret was not putting a couple bucks on cal hitting 60 at +1600!

I watched the last half of the game at a sports bar. The place erupted when Cal hit # 60. It was awesome.

The sports gambling industry posted a $13.7 billion profit in 2024. If you are currently up. Stop now while you are ahead.

Teaching in a HS and I have a few students that are into one of the DFS and I've tried to explain to them how they will lose $$$ in the long run, how parlays are the worst bet you can make and ask them why do they think so many of these DFS websites have sprung up in the past few years. Their response is the same one every gambler makes, yea but sir I'm smarter than they are and will win. It's crazy how the sports gambling world has their hooks in these kids before they are even 18. I enjoy tossing some fun money down on bets from time to time and I have an account with one of those sites that I probably visit once every two months, but it scares me to see kids that come from very little means, wasting what they do have on these sites.
