    It means the ability to drill down quickly for a particular specific point of discussion within a sub category. As long as the new thread is titled correctly it will breed efficiency.

    Well, when striking a conversation or making a statement with the intent of discussion, people are mostly either seeking information....or confirmation.

    If you are seeking information, you are open to what is presented to you, and can choose to...or not to integrate the information given into your own belief system.
    If you are seeking confirmation and you get agreement, you have found a fellow thinker....if you get disagreement, you can sharpen your opinion on the whetstone of the opposition.

    Nowadays, I choose to interact with those who give and seek information. This site for example, is chock full of fans seeking confirmation and sharpening their opinion. Far more
    drama is created than the actual changing of minds.

    i assume the idea is to have a reddit sorted display, indented replies and replies to replies.

    the xenforo developers really don’t want to do this.
