Probably a couple future Titans on those lists. I imagine we'll be big spenders in FA once again next year as we'll have about $18 million freed up from dead money, a $10 million or so increase in the cap, and just under $5 million freed up from letting the most overpaid LB in the NFL walk away as a UFA...Peter Sirmon (who?). I wouldn't be surprised if we let go of either Benji Olson or Zach Piller (starting guards, getting old) who are the 4th & 5th highest cap totals, respectively, on the team.I imagine we'll be out for some OL help (Max Starks anybody?) and some CB help.

Ah man, the free agents at the WR position next year look bad. I was hoping for the Patriots could sign a nice veteran WR next year.

STL won't let him go.

The vikings need a FA WR big time.. looks like we'll have to go draft I guess. :glare:

I was hoping for the Patriots could sign a nice veteran WR next year.</div>Someone they left off the list was Bryant Johnson of the Cardinals. He was a former 1st round pick who was overshadowed his rookie year due to Anquan Boldin (their 2nd round pick) being a stud. Bryant Johnson is 6'3" and runs a 4.37 40 (at the combine). He's never been injured. Larry Fitzgerald was drafted and immediately looked good so he had no starting job.It generally takes WR's 3 or 4 years to breakout in the NFL. Bryant Johnson is looking good now that he has a starting job with Larry Fitzgerald out. Larry Fitz will come back relatively soon, and Johnson will once again be buried by two Pro Bowl caliber WR's. But at the end of the year he'll be a free agent, and he'll go somewhere like New England, Minnesota, San Francisco, Kansas City, or San Diego and suddenly look great. If he's smart, he'll go to a great situation in New England or San Diego. With New England he gets Tom Brady throwing to him, no true challengers for the number 1 WR spot, and a chance to win Superbowls. With San Diego he gets great weather year round, a high powered offense with all the weapons except 1: a true number 1 talent at WR so he'd have no true challengers for the job there either.I know he wasn't a stud right out the gates, but most WR's aren't. Marvin Harrison wasn't good until his 4th year in the league. Steve Smith wasn't good until his 3rd year in the league. Laveranues Coles wasn't good until his 3rd year in the league. Jerricho Cotchery wasn't good until his 3rd year in the league...
