    he needs a new team i think he cant handel this team i mean it was all messed up when he got the team and look it still is all messed up thier are plenty of teams that he could be the coach for or he could go back to his nascar racing

    he needs to do somthing with this team this is bs how could he let this happen to hem self i thought that when they got him that stuff would change it does'nt appear that way the team is the same as it was before he got the team

    It's a building process, you can't get all these different guys all at once out of FA and trades and expect them to come in completely adapted... Gibbs is doing the best he can, and hes one of the best coaches ever to be in the game. Coaching won't put the W on the board, its just working with the players beforehand to prepare them. He can't hold their hands every step of the way.

He would likely just retire all-togeather before doing that, either way I think the Redskins have a few too many out of control personalities though.

    what's Lloyd done wrong here in Washington? Nothing. He was a headcase there because he was like the only guy on the team with an ounce of talent
