    Lose the outer glow and it's not bad.

    yeah the reason i have the outer glow is it looks less choppy with it...without it its very choppy...any suggestions to make it smooth?

    I personally like the outer-glow, because you're write.. without it it looks a little choppy.

    Could you put a border, or in this case I guess a stroke of black around the dolphin outline? Make it look like it has a border, if that works, it will look pretty good.

    Id also be tempted to try tinting it a bit teal to match the team color. Although if it doesnt look right then dont bother.
