Alright thanks. I'll look for it later. I think you need to work mostly on making the background stand out more. It feels like nothing right now. Use some gradients and lighting and stuff. The render effect isn't bad just needs a litte lighting on the face. Take a big feathered white brush (200 px) and click right on his face and set it to overlay. Lower the opacity on the layer to make it fit better but that's a really basic lighting technique for renders. Text will come later but as of now I can see the ideas you just don't have the execution down pat.
