The fact is that he probably isn't.. At this point it's Tarvaris or Brad. You can't put Brad back in... he's done. That leaves us with the rookie. Will Childress have the balls to do it? I don't know. The fact that he had Tarvaris dress Sunday just so he didn't have to put Brad back in showed me something..</div>There are probably 5 Quarterbacks in the league right now at '100%'If you benched someone because they're not 100% half of your starting lineup would be out each and every week. NFL players are used to playing at 80%, or even less.....Bollinger would be fine.</div>He tore something in his shoulder I think. Childress hasn't even mentioned him and neither have the pundits. I'm guessing that he's at a Questionable/Doubtful point right now.

Bollinger is doubtful for Sunday. So is Chester Taylor.

It seems like to me that they're trying to avoid giving Jackson significant playing time this season. The Vikings are probably grooming Tavaris Jackson for a chance to earn the starting job over Brooks Bollinger (And maybe another Veteran they bring in) in 2007. I was suprised he saw any action last week to be honest as there is little positive he was going to gain from 4 throws on the NFL level, yet if he struggled it could have a negative mental impact. The same reasoning applies to why they wouldn't start a Young QB for just one game while Bollinger is getting healthy, as they don't want to throw him out there and risk him struggleing for just one game and then give him the hook.

I say Johnson will start and be pulled by halftime in favor of T-Jax and Brooks will start the next game.
