Who would want that job?? They don't even give the coach a chance. As soon as they have a bad season, they're out. Like that guy who led them to the Super Bowl his 1st year, then had a bad second season, he was out

Like that guy who led them to the Super Bowl his 1st year, then had a bad second season, he was out</div>The team had also turned on Callahan because he realized the Raiders were an aging team that needed to get younger and it didn't sit well with most of the Washed up Veterans in Oakland at the time.Him getting canned wasn't entirely his fault.I do agree that working with Al Davis probably the worst job in the NFL, right next to being the head coach of the Redskins. Only reason Gibbs hasn't gotten canned by snyder is because he is a legend.
