The time of year that sucks is the time in b/t football and baseball. Hoops just doesn't cut it like it used to
I always loved coming home from work to watch the Sunday night game on NBC...there's a void in my life right now. The season went by so fast.

I enjoyed the Suns game today and I love basketball so it doesn't bother me one bit. It's great being a fan of pretty much everything. There's like, no offseason at all but that 6 or 7 months without the NFL is pretty hard.
Arena Football isn't that bad. It'd be better if more of the games were on TV, and the players were recognizable.
I'd like Arena Football more if DC had a team. Sundays are alright though... I can always catch an NBA game (HA! LEBRON LOST!) or golf.
Football makes Sundays better, but I still watch a lot of b-ball or maybe some tennis or golf. Once Arena Football comes back though I'll be watching it all day on Sundays if I can.

Sports really is dead until baseball starts in all aspects, even in the media one. They talk about football 24/7 during the NFL season on ESPN. They talk about baseball 24/7 during the MLB season. They dont talk about NBA 24/7 during the NBA season though.
No more football is going to suck. I always go through like withdrawl when it's offseason, lol. Most of the time I just gather some people and have a little game of our own, like today. Now, I watch hockey, considering it's just midseason. By football season, I'll be fine.
It's not that bad.. Lots of NHL games and March Madness is approaching soon. The NBA has gotten really boring since the 90's for sure.. Still College B-ball is always awesome. Go find a team nearby and buy like a mini-plan and go to a couple of college games. Always tons of fun. Super Bowl is next weekend..Plus Free Agency starts in early March. Only a month to go. Then the Draft in April. Then all summer you have training camp and speculating about how good your team really will be..Then preseason in Augustand Regular season again in september. Lots of stuff to talk about between now and next season apart from boring baseball.

God damn is it just a north carolina thing to watch this much college basketball? Maybe it's because we have NC State, Duke, UNC and Wake forest so close to each other.
