yea he is the fastest man out of the 6 men he competeted with! was every NFL player in the race? ok then! Deangelo Hall is WAY faster than him (he won the 2006 fastest man competition) AND he ran a 4.24 coming out of college (only 3 years ago). Deangelo Hall and Champ Bailey are the fastest men in the NFL, but yes Justin Miller won the fastest man competiton against some other 6 bums.

Does that mean the SB winner isn't still the winner.Justin Miller is recognized as the NFL's Fastest man by the NFL. Get used to it.

And BTW, Justin Miller was a track star in High School and ran a 10.6 in the 100 yard dash. Which is an excellent time and easily has 4.3 speed. He's not as slow as you're implying.

If you would like i will post about 5 links to different places stating it! and we are talking about the 40 yard dash here not the 100 yard dash. And being a high school track star aint saying much, its ONLY HIGH SCHOOL!

Tye Hill is faster. He ran a 4.17 40 yard dash in college. Jacoby Ford (Clemson WR) is a lil' faster though. He ran a 4.13 40 yard dash.

I'm too lazy to drag up links, but I know it for a fact. He ran a slow 40 time at at the combine as a 4.43 and that was also one of the main reasons he fell to the second round. That's the time you see on the record, but if you just watch him you'd know hes faster then that.

Chad Johnson beat him in a foot race... and Chad is fast, but no, you know, super speedy.
