If all these people we mentioned were to race 10 times, I'd put money on it that we'd have 10 different winners (maybe 9). Jerome Mathis and Michael Bennett are fast too.

40 yard dash times at combines....Justin Millers 40 Time: 4.43Deangelo Halls: 4.15 Proofdeangelo hall recorded a 4.15 in the 40 if u dont believe me click the linkDo you actually think miller could beat hall in a race, i highly doubt it

More often then not it's completely false and just put out there as a Recruiting Promise to put him on the Scouts Radar. The few other times is often when teams either have an assistant coach be a little trigger happy on clocking his 40 time or having the athletes run a short course that isn't actually 40 yards. You're using Miller's combine time, well, guess what DeAngelo Hall ran a 4.37 at the Combine, which is the only time that NFL teams care about.Your 4.15 number is complete bullshit and you're one of the few gullible ones who believe it. And with only a .06 different when each participated in the Combine isn't exactly a huge margin. I'd be willing to bet if they ran the same race 10 times that each would probably win it 5 times.
10 times out of 10 times, each sprint will have a different time. Therefore, there's no real way to know how fast someone really is. Their strides, burst, acceleration, arm pumping, foot placement, etc. etc. are different in every race. Any sprinter can be beaten any day by those that are close in physical abilities. There's no point in arguing who the fastest man in the NFL cause there could be a different one everyday.
