Re: No School!!! My school county is really gay when it comes to closings. Every morning I turn on the TV because there's like 20ft of snow out there and every single county is closed except for ours.

Re: No School!!! We haven't had a delay or anything. Technically I got a freebee day because our bus was stuck for over 2 hours, and they told us we didn't have to come to school. Most of the kids waited for the bus out in the frozen snow. They all went to school, while me and one other kid from near my place stayed home.
Re: No School!!! My college had classes today. I remember it was this cold 4 years ago, and I was on vacation in Florida. The cold blast went all the way there, pushing temperatures there into the teens.
Re: No School!!! We've closed once. And that was for arguably the biggest blizzard in US History. That was in '97.Why are people such chicks? We have highs of -10 (without wind chill) daily and we never even think about canceling school. Kids these days canceling school because it's cold out.
