    Coached the worst run D in the league last year.. goes to the team with the best run D last year. Irony!

    Good hire. Our run D will be fine as long as we stay in the tampa 2. He'll have his work cut out for him on our pass D though. It's good that he's from the champs though. Seems like a dungy/tomlin like guy.
