Why?

    Why does everyone think Brian Griese is so great? Ask any Broncos fan and they will agree with me that he sucks.Can anyone remember anything good he did while on the Broncos? He sucked against everyone and everything.

    I don't. I've been calling for the Bears to cut him. He's an old coot who can't run for a lick and aside from that, he went to Michigan. That's why I've been calling for Orton the whole time, and the only reason I would call for Griese is b/c Orton was inactive for those games/he was the backup and Orton was 3rd string

    Greise isnt great, but bears fans think he'll be more consistent then grossmanBears fans just want rex out when he doesnt perform well, and they love him when he doesIf greise went in, theyd feel the same way about him

That's not very impressive.He's either average, above average for shorts amount of time, or below average. See: every game he played against the Raiders

See: every game he played against the Raiders</div>I think that's part of it, he is an average player, but when placed in the Right Situation (2000 Denver, 2004 Tampa Bay) he can play above-average. The Chicago Bears is one of those situations IMO, even though he didn't look very good in spot duty last year.
