If the Redskins really want him, they'd be smart to offer up Rocky McIntosh and just get the deal over with. McIntosh is just going to rot on the bench with Briggs on board, and the Bears will need a new Linebacker without Briggs.

Since he can't, he's not worth more than we got for him. His maximum value is a late first.
