<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (AdropOFvenom @ Apr 9 2007, 07:50 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Coming from the same guy who said Kellen Clemens was better then Matt Leinart and Vince Young. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFGucgncvYoGod I hate hoping that he's actually right on that one.</div>At least he's not afraid to be honest in his opinions. And both opinions could be right.

I agree with him about how Quinn doesn't really prove how he's any better than anyone else. But g'damn if you're going to say Beck is better, at least get his name right! And he's calling Adrian Peterson, a Walter Payton? Highly disagree. There's a player in college better than Peterson. I would take Darren McFadden from Arkansas over Peterson any day. Peterson is a very good runner but Walter Payton?

BTW, a good reference on how Hoge can be right...Merrill Hoge: "I really don't like this pick (Mike Williams) for the Lions, I think he's going to be a bust"Mel Kiper: "I'll see you at the Hall-of-Fame induction my friend. This is a great pick!"

Saying that Hoge is smarter than Kiper doesn't do much for his credibility [IMG]..And even that's a reach as it is.

Hodge has always been a genius. A couple years back, the Eagles were 4-0 or 5-0 or something along those lines, and he said they wouldn't make the playoffs. Everyone bashed him for it. Come playoff time, Philly is watching at home.
