Essentially everyone in the bottom 16 is going to have to make roster moves in order to sign draft picks.Well, except maybe Washington, who has only 1 legit pick.

Who cares about the salary cap when you got Dan Snyer paying the players? [IMG]

Still though, teams like the Pats with two late first rounders might need to clean up some space.Thinking on it further, here is who probably needs to clear some room:<span style="color:#FF0000">19. New England, $6.3 million22. Chicago, $5.1 million23. Tampa Bay, $4.9 million25. Washington, $3.9 million26. Indianapolis, $3.7 million27. Baltimore, $3.6 million28. Detroit, $3.6 million29. I like to see that we have the most. We don't have any huge contracts coming up and the free agent pool might be a bit better next year. We'll see. Depends on how good the team will do this year (which is likely not great).

How do the Bears only have 5.1M?? I thought we had 20M even after the tender offer for Briggs

not funny. 8M is for the rookies, like it says, but I thought after the offer for Briggs, we'd have 12M?

They don't like to spend much more then the minimum cap number...at least they didn't under their previous ownership.

When was this list updated? I thought that the Steelers would have a little more room after they relased Porter.

The Skins also restructured like everyone's contract...
