<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Amobi Okoye-DL- Player Apr. 18 - 7:15 pm et NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports Louisville DT Amobi Okoye admitted to using marijuana in college during a pre-draft event.Gaines Adams (Clemson) and Calvin Johnson (Georgia Tech) reportedly made similar admissions. Okoye said he tried the drug as a 16-year-old freshman at Louisville. We doubt this will affect any of their draft stocks.</div>

Great, one of them is a future Redskin. I bet they've done more than try it.

I think what Eric Allen said is correct. "I think it's more of a concern to their mom and dad than to NFL GM's."

It might have an impact on the draft if a team like the Jets, 49ers, or Patriots which place an extremely heavy emphasis on character both on an off the field are in the Top 10, but they are not, and otherwise I don't see it changing the top of the draft much. Teams like the Raiders, Lions, Redskins, and Dolphins aren't exactly known for bringing in choir boys anyways.

I would almost be more inclined to draft the honest guy than the guy who completely denied smoking pot. I'm willing to bet that more than half of the draft this year has smoked weed before. It's hard not to as a professional athlete with the spotlight always on you and being the life of the party.

I don't think any of this will hinder any of their draft value.
