No offense, but that looks rushed. You have to put more effort into making sigs. I like the way that you tried a different style though. I applaud you to that.
Very Bright....Very, Very, Bright. BG might actually be decent if you toned down that effect, right now it's on Overkill.You can see the white around the entire hat/jacket from what looks like a poor cropping job.
