    On NFLN: "We had three guys we really wanted to get with our pick, and one guy we really loved was Justin Harrell and when he went to Green Bay at 16, we decided that we should move up and insure we got one of our 3 guys instead of being left settling for someone we didn't think had the same value."

    I doubt the Jaguars or Titans would've got Moss though, as much as they needed a DE.
