So much for him tutoring Jarrett. :whistling: I don't see the Jets being overly interested as we already have an expensive slot guy in McCareins and I really don't see Keyshawn coming over for much cheaper. Not to mention most people seem to think the Jets need a deep threat for a slot guy, and Keyshawn certainly isn't that. I'd say the most likely spots for him are more like Minnesota, Tennessee, San Diego, or Kansas City. Places that although they drafted a reciever they probably shouldn't step in and be their teams #1 or in some cases #2 and Keyshawn could start for a year as they progress.
I would take him as a mentor type guy. I'm sure he would love to come here considering he would be our #1 receiver. I just don't know if Childress is the type of guy to want a guy like him after having to deal with T.O. and Daunte. But still, We would be upgraded a lot with a receiving corps ofMeshawnTroy WilliamsonSidney RiceBobby WadeAundrae AllisonBilly McMullenas opposed to the alternative without meshawn. Go for it Childress. Sign him to an incentive laden 1 year deal and see how he does.

I don't think he's that selfish anymore. I really don't think he'd be a risk by any means for someone to sign him.Also, I doubt he'll sign a deal longer than 1 year anyway. He pretty much said at the draft that he's retiring after this season.
I dont mind if Chicago got him.. he would def help out some and add more threat. I think its funny because he was broadcasting during the draft when they drafted Jarrett

I think Keyshawn wants to go somewhere that has a chance to win a Superbowl. And I think that the Saints would be a good place to go for a year, San Diego or even Seattle. I would highly doubt he'd want to play somewhere who didn't have a chance. But that's just want I think...

I've never seen nor known Keyshawn to want to that. Even if he wants those receptions, regardless he's not going to be a first ballot guys, so if he gets a 1,000 or not eventually he'll get into the Hall.But I can't see him play for a lesser team. I think he's capable of getting 50 receptions on a team in good position to get to a Superbowl.

I can't say that I know many on that list, but if Irvin can make it, why couldn't Keyshawn? I think Keyshawn had a similar career to Jimmy Smith.
