But she charges that the mailroom-staffing firm fostered a workplace atmosphere more fit for a frat house, with men allegedly staring at her breasts, making cracks about penis size and simulating oral sex."She endured months of sexual harassment, almost from the beginning of her employment," Harman said.According to the lawsuit, Padro repeatedly said she wanted no part of the raunchy workplace chatter, informing her superiors that she "preferred to keep her conversations related to work issues."In addition to Dockery, a Harvard man who starred as a Jets defensive back before embarking on a broadcasting career, the suit also accuses associates David Blaum and William Kelly.William Dockery, an attorney for the firm, declined to comment on the suit.</div>This has inspired me to write my very own 'Ode to my Penis'.
