Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? Surprised by McAlister at #2... Damn teams pass alot against the Ravens D...
Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? It's surprising to see all these huge name DB's above the scrubs and half-ass players that start for their teams. Teams don't challenge the people who aren't stars nearly as much, seems kind of stupid.
Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? Wow. 97 passes thrown towards McAlister. He shut down (literally) a lot of receivers last year (but not all of them).Teams can't run vs. us, so I guess they'll keep airing it out.
Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? Smoot and Rogers are on there! Rogers didn't even play every game this season and he's still in the top 5. Yikes.
Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? Smoot and Winfield are there because it was pretty much impossible for teams to run against us last year. They end up throwing 40-50 times instead.
Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? Yeah, Ravens and Vikings were on there because it was near-impossible to run the ball against them so teams would just air it out. Same to a lesser extent with Chicago and Jacksonville. Regardless, some pretty interesting names up there, I never would have guessed McAllister or Mathis were up there in the top 5.

More passes are usually thrown towards the number 1 WR than the number 3 WR/TE.But you don't see Champ Bailey up their, the Broncos had a pretty good rushing D. Obviously teams fear him a little bit.
Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? Dam!! Teams threw at Peanut 96 times. He missed 2 games, and he had 5 picks.
Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? At least this confirms that McAlister is earning his paycheck and doing a damn good job.Rolle... not so much.

Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? This doesn't mean they're the least intimidating. How do McAllister and Hall make the list when they're shutdown corners. Both pro bowlers as well.

Not bad.</div>Yeah, it definitely not a measure of how well they played the balls that were thrown to them. He picked off 1 in 8 passes. He defended 24. So that's 34 of 82, or 41% of passes thrown to a WR he was covering he successfully defended. Not too shabby. However in the article it mentions that Champ only had 65 balls thrown his way. And he had 10 picks and 21 PD's. So 31 of 65, almost half of all balls thrown his way he defends. That's simply amazing. Anyone who says champ doesn't deserve his money is insane.

Re: Who are QB's NOT afraid of? Just because they threw it many times doesn't mean they completed the Throws.
