I like it. The "star runningback," or "indianopolis colts" text may not be needed, but it doesn't look bad there. Also, maybe a border would help.

There's no real focal point here--everything looks so blue and combined. I don't mind it though w/o the subtext.
I like this, I think it's probably your best. A little too blue (He kinda looks like a Smurf), but the entire thing flows really well togeather because of it. The BG is a little on the simple side, but not bad at all. The Main Text is pretty good, the Subtext might not be needed.
