This is serious shit.
That's true. But do you REALLY believe that Vick will go down without a fight? If this thing goes to court, we all know who has the upper hand in winning the case.
Anyone know the sentencing guidlines for the felony charge of Dogfighting in Virginia?
Georgia Laws: http://www.animallaw.info/statutes/stusgast16_12_37.htmVirginia Laws: http://www.animallaw.info/statutes/stusvas...796_122_126.htm
That doesn't give me the sentencing guidlines, it just let me know that it's a class 6 felony.Which I looked up: 1-5 Years in Prison with a maximum 1 year in jail and a maximum 2,500 dollar fine.I guess it's that mean 2,500 fine that'll kill him.

He hasnt done shit since Denver. And I along with others (Greg Schiano and few other analysts) think he was the best out of him, Portis, and McGahee.
Re: Vick a "heavyweight" in dog fighting underground Sorry, but did you say Portis has done nothing since Denver days? He's had a 1,500 yard season, and a 1,300 yard season. Gore hasn't even proven himself yet anyway. His 2nd NFL season he grabs just under 1,700 yards, but somehow he's amazing. No doubt he has talent, but to compare him to a consistent 1,500 yard rusher is insane.

He had 5.5 YPC seasons in Denver, and yes that is amazin just as Portis was in Denver except well, Gore isnt in Denver's great run scheme
Re: Vick a "heavyweight" in dog fighting underground And what about Denver's scheme last year? Tatum Bell had a 4.4, Mike Bell had 4.3, behind one of the most elite lines in the NFL. Portis is running behind a half-ass line, maybe midpack in the NFL. You can't expect him to have 5.5 with that line. I'll give it to Gore last season running 5.4 with the 49'ers line, but he has one breakout season and all of a sudden he's your hero. He hasn't proven shit to anybody yet, it was one damn season.

And I dont know about that line still bein elite, it was when Portis was there since all of their vets were a few years younger and a couple different guys were there. In Washington Portis has Jansen and Samuel at T that he can run outside with... It was his breakout season. And why wouldnt he be a hero? He put up 1700 rushin yards with a 5.4 YPC average and he led the league in runs over 20 yards. He can catch as well as pretty much any RB out there. It was only his 2nd year in the NFL and did all that in a new system and a line that isnt quite elite yet. AND HE DID IT WITH 8-9 GUYS IN THE BOX FOR MOST OF THE SEASON. Best thing he's only 23
