You dopes don't understand. Not even something like his batting gloves or his jersey or anything like that from hitting 756. Most people at least give the HOF something when they achieve a milestone

I know if I hit 756 that I'd very well keep all my shit. Why the hell don't they just stick a picture of it in there and leave the man alone. It's no huge deal.

I'd keep everything. Fuck that, they can have a video of me hitting the fucking home run if they care about it so much. Suck my dick, I'm keeping my shit. I achieved the milestone, why should I give it all away? Also, in his case, even though I believe he took steroids, it hasn't been proven yet but people still accuse him of it. Why should he give back to the people when the people just sit there and accuse him of stuff he may not have done?

Bonds is under no obligation to give anything away, but it would be nice. We are talking about the Major League Baseball Hall-Of-Fame, the place where they chronicle the History of the Game. There is no bigger record then the Home Run Record, and it'd be nice if he could donate the bat, or the batting gloves, or the jersey, or something. He can keep the rest for himself. But naturally, since he's always been a Self-Centered Jerk (Even before Steroid Allegations ever occured). This doesn't suprise me.

Do you really give a shit if he donates anything? It's not going to affect anybody's life is it? He donated enough already he feels. Besides, as Brooksie said, why would he want to give them something if everyone sits there and accuses him of taking steroids? When it comes time for him to hit 756 then talk about it. Or let's talk about Aaron not wanting to attend the record breaking HR, shall we?

And no, it's not going to affect my life if he doesn't. But Why should he give? Baseball gave Barry Bonds almost every single dollar to his name, the least he could do is give one piece of memorabilia back to the Hall Of Fame from his milestones. It's a piece of Baseball History that deserves to be preserved among the rest of the history of the game. And we talked about Aaron not wanting to attend Bonds 756 months ago. [IMG]

Not to mention these same people that would like him to donate stuff to the HoF are probably some of the people that are going to do everything in their power to keep him out of the HoF when his name hits the ballot.

Every time DevinHester23 posts, a stupid argument/conversation starts about something more stupid and pointless. Why would you give your things away? If I hit that many homeruns or did anything that he's done, I wouldn't give my things to any one. Call me greedy all you want, but what you think, let alone what you think of me not donating my things, won't mean jack shit to me...
