    In a Q&A with young fans a few days ago, Vince Carter says a desire to be one of the best players in the NBA "continually" motivates him. In the Q&A, on Carter's official website, Carter adds, "I HATE TO LOSE! So playing well doesn&rsquo;t mean much to me if my team doesn&rsquo;t win the game". Carter opens his annual Youth Basketball Academy at the Nets' practice facility Monday.
