AL: TAMPA BAY (42-70) at DETROIT (63-49) <h3>Tigers seek third straight win vs. Devil Rays</h3> <div class="pre">Tampa Bay (42-70) at Detroit (63-49) 7:05 pm EDT</div> DETROIT (Ticker) - The Detroit Tigers look for their thirdstraight win Wednesday when they continue a four-game seriesagainst the lowly Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Detroit has won consecutive games for the first time since afour-game run from July 15-19. The Tigers are one-half gamebehind Cleveland (64-49) in the American League CentralDivision. Rookie Ryan Raburn collected two RBI and scored the game-winningrun in the bottom of the eighth as Detroit posted a 9-6 win onTuesday. The Tigers won despite squandering a 6-1 lead. Detroit's Chad Durbin (7-3, 4.36 ERA) gets the call to the hillin place of Andrew Miller, who was put the 15-day disabled listwith a hamstring injury. The 29-year-old Durbin is making his first start since defeatingthe Washington Nationals on June 19, when he limited them toone run and five runs in six innings. Tampa Bay counters with James Shields (8-7, 4.45), who allowedthree runs and six hits in 6 2/3 frames of a 3-1 setback to theBaltimore Orioles in his last outing. The righthander is just2-7 since winning his first six decisions. On May 30, Shields pitched a complete game in a 5-3 win overDetroit.
