Denver's strong asian population will welcome the next Yao.

Kobe Yi Shelden and Rasheed work great together, are you serious?

But that Shelden pick will forever haunt you. And Yi should really be your back up pf. Save that sf spot for an actual sf.

Yi's scoring set compliments Kobe's, he'll be great working with Sheeds spot up jumper and Shelden's banging

I was going to pick Terry, but Mo Williams is a nice consolation prize.

Shelden will get some rebounds and play defense, but you have no post threat. Kobe, Sheed, and Yi are all perimeter orientated and dont pass the ball.

But how does Yi scoring at a 25.5 FG% help your team win games?

I would have taken Yi with my 13th rounder.

The same way that a math book helps you understand basketball:

You have Kobe on your team.

Even if you took that number to THREE decimal places that doesn't change the fact that it was with Yi's first game with NBA competition, he isn't my first scoring option, and he doesn't have to be my 2nd scoring option either.

But wouldn't it serve better to have a role player who plays better defense, rebounds, etc. if he is just a role player, and your not going to be seeking Yi's scoring talents (if he has those even) when he has shown to be a horrible defender?

Not to mention he probably wouldn't play in Utah.
