Eli Manning led the Giants by going 10-for-13 for 114 yards infive series and connecting with rookie wide receiver Steve Smithfor the game's only touchdown - a 10-yard pass early in the<div class="pre">second quarter for a 7-3 lead.</div> Manning also hit tight end Jeremy Shockey for 18 yards in the<div class="pre">eight-play, 80-yard drive. Smith suffered a concussion on the</div>touchdown catch but his injury was the least severe for NewYork. Wide receiver Michael Jennings ruptured an Achilles tendon andis lost for the season. Free safety Will Demps dislocated anelbow and is expected to be out three to four weeks, whilecornerback Sam Madison pulling a hamstring. Jennings was starting in place of Plaxico Burress, who did notplay. <div class="pre">Ravens quarterback Steve McNair was 5-for-8 for 29 yards in the</div>first quarter.
