    ICQ (I seek you) is a chat program similar to the IM's probably currently found on your computer. The ICQ # is an easy way to locate a member you want to chat with.

    you prolly have to download the program and register, its free though and its a kick ass personal message program, its what I use and I really like it, go to www.downloads.com and tou can find a good version to download, and when you do, my ICQ number is 204857051

    Just a different program. With ICQ you can choose to type in real-time, where your letter appear as you type them and you can have multiple people in one conversation (more like a forum chat).

    i dont see whats so great about it, theres no profiles, its numbers.
