Formations on football manager 2006

Anyone know of good formations to play? I find myself never being able to get the formation right no matter what the team, even Chelsea. :/

I always use to play 3 1 2 4 like this:

Four stikers? lol reven... i bet you never win a game with that.

Anywho, my team is Newcastle and my players are as follows:

Keeper: Given
Defenders: Carlos, Woodgate, L.King, A.Cole
Midfielders: Robben Rosiky Ballack SWP
Strikers: Adriano Tevez

 

I bet you cheated to get those players or its like year 2014.

 

I usually try and build me team into a 4-1-1-2-2 with a flat back four, defensive midfielder, cnetral midfielder, two winger playing high up and then two central strikers, usually poacher-types. I set my central midfielder to make forward uns often and my defensive midfielder to stay where he is for the most part.
