I do think that a player should get off the QB before doing his sack dance. Otherwise, I think some sort of personal foul or unsportsmanlike conduct should be called. My goodness.

For celebration dances in general: Culpepper needs help with his! he looks like a rythmically challenged california raisin!
It should be embarrasment enough since most of these guys can't dance. Even though it wasn't a sack dance, take the Sapp TD dance earlier this year. If I were him I would be embarrassed to see myself on highlight reels for that dance.
To funny guys but one of the better celebrations IMO was david car imitating the phone bit by Joe horn but without an actual phone. I was shocked cus I never expected that from him.
