Quoting news.bbc.co.uk:

Premiership champions Chelsea have handed a trial to former Coventry and Celtic goalkeeper Magnus Hedman. The Blues are keen to boost their goalkeeping options because Petr Cech is sidelined with a head injury.
"I'll go over and train for a couple of days so they can see how things look," he said on Swedish TV4's website.
Former Sweden international Hedman, 33, announced he had decided to retire from the game after leaving Scottish side Celtic in the summer of 2005.
He added: "I mean, it is one-and-a-half years since I played soccer and that is a long time.
"Chelsea mainly want to see that I'm not overweight and can move well and still have good technique. It feels pretty promising right now."
Cech's long-term absence leaves Carlo Cudicini and Hilario as the only fit first-team keepers at Stamford Bridge.

Is this really needed? I mean the odds of 2 more Chelsea keepers getting injured must be pretty low. Better safe then sorry i suppose...
