Im sick and tired of people saying how good this player is. Hes not. Here he is in the summer crying about life in Manchester and then stays expecting boo's and cr*p from away fans but theres was a pityful response. He is a premadonna who thinks he is the best. Wants his hair just right, braces that blend into his teeth and feet skills that are more suitable for street football, not the pitch. Watching other countries comment on him the news isn't that good about him. How he loses the ball more than he assists and how he dives all the time.

He performence against Benfica was quoted by John Giles and Eammon Dunphy as "pityful and appauling". He dived about 4 times in the game and his silky skills led to him giving away the ball. When he dove under an out-streached foot he took his chance and fell. The crowd go with him but the referee dosn't agree but to my shock dosn't brandish a yellow or even a red card. After falling he looks up to the referee with his face of sadness and knowing he said "hey" with his half crying face said it all. You just had to say "what a cheat"

Sorry Christiano but you are not a talent just a cheating premadonna who thinks his world is his oyster and there are better ta;ents around worth a mention who are yet going unnoticed. I just hope sometime video referees will be introduced so we can all catch the cheat that is Chrostiano Ronaldo

*Please look at my link. Its amazing how everybody hated hime, even the ManU fans. Now everybody at ManU love him again, including Rooney.

Excellent post, and something the majority outside OT have known for a long time.

His end product is of little or no effect and he's always ready hands on hips looking so disappointed for that tv close up.Sometimes I actually think he screws up the cross so that he can get to see himself on the big screen after all who would be looking at him if a decent chance or goal comes from one of his crosses.

He's tearing to teams to shreds, scoring goals, creating goals. I'm happy with him. If he really isn;t that good or not that much of a threat, why does nearly ever team deem it necessary to have two or three players around him when he's attacking?

I always supported him after the WC. He wasn't the reason England went out, despite the press needing a scapegoat. England were the reason England went out. The neanderthal boo boys who are hassling him at every ground have stopped now because they realise he loves to be hated and it spurs him on.

He was fantastic last year and scored double figures, which, for a winger, is impressive to say the least.

I personally don't like him, have not liked him since he was transfered to United. None the less, he is not overhyped or overrated. He's a class talent even if he is not a class player.

I think it's unfortunate that Sir Alex Ferguson has dimentia on his brain and has justified C. Ronaldo's diving. I would much rather prefer if Ronaldo attempted to stamp out his bad reputation, much like other serial divers; i.e. Didier Drogba or Arjen Robben.

The whole case of diving is unfortunate, since it's the class players who do it and not those who need to justify their lack of talent and skills by creating free kicks through simulating injuries.

Diving however is not as much of a problem in the game as so many factors, I think that racism, commercialization and hooliganism are bigger factors that should be addressed over diving and players who dive.

yer i agree with B??var and b0o, c.ronaldo is an overated sook, who just worries about his image rather than the actual game. He dives too much which is a developing problem in the game, which is lets face it; ruining it. I really dont like him. To be honest i really dont like rooney either, he has some real anger problems.

if i fell to ground like a sack of bricks every time the wind blew i would probably strike fear in defenders as well everytime i came near them.....he does score goals (when hes not aiming for the fat man in the second level)
but his overall gameplay is out of place in the premiership and frankly i say we could do without him...he wastes far more chance than he converts and i have never seen anyone miss a gaping wide(empty) goal from 3 yds out more than him

i cant beleive some of you

gerrard is overhyped but people say hes one of the best and imo he dives one example is the match vs sheff utd

then theres henry whos having a dismal season because well hes shit really nothing like last year when he was probably best player in the world.

ronaldo is the best winger in the premiership and people who say otherwise are jealous they didnt buy him

CSmorant, most neturals will agree with b0o on this. Ronaldo isn't even the best winger for united let alone the premiership.

Finally, someone agreeing with my views. Everyone who i know appears to be in love with Ronaldo, he a cheating, dirty player who does the same skill over and over again.
