Gerrard. Doesn't show up in most big games. isn't anywhere near as versatile as he's made out to be, has to be the number one option for every move on the pitch otherwise he cannot play and has some shocking loyalty issues to the club who made him what he allegedly is.
i guess i think it's walcott, it's just everybody say's he's a wonderkid, wel he has got some great football skills but he's often play and if i had to choose between rooney or walcott i would choose rooney, i don't think walcott will be as good as rooney when walcott is 20

Walcott made it in the England team wen he woz 17, something im sure Rooney never achieved. His pace and his vision is excellent for his age and some people are saying "He will be one of the best players when his time comes." I totally agree with this. Walcott is a prodigy, a player who will do many great things when he gets older, you'll see... btw most overated player would be lampard right now IMO. He is good, he's got the skills ill admit that, but his season has been shocking and he is such a ball hog! He just alwayz decides to shoot. Even Ballack agrees i heard. He isnt one of the best players in the world, he isnt consistent enough. If i were making a world eleven, im sure gerrard would easily be in there instead of him.
Most overrated player at the moment is Shevchenko everyone said he was going to have one of the best seasons of his life at chelsea but he really didnt prove anything
yer i agree with that. But it is hard to move from serie a to the premiership. They play 2 totally different styles and u have to consider that he played in Italy for most of his life. Hes an awesome player, just give him time, i swear his game will pick up later on in the season.
There may not be later on in a season he might get traded to Real Madrid For Ronaldo I have heard and seen in articles
If Jose does that, ill kill him. I love sheva being at Chelsea, hes an awesome player. And like Ronaldo, who is in the shittest form of his career, is going to do anything good at Chelsea.

Sorry, but Schevenko is not overrated, sure his having a shit season but theres a huge difference. My most overrated player is David Beckham, but nobody rates him anymore so the next one in que would be Baras - Can't for the life of me think why anyone (especially Chelsea) would want him.

Sheva isn't overrated. At his prime he was the best striker in the world. Do not mistake form for class. The most overrated player is probably Beckham. Worth ?500,000 a week? No way.

Not only more tickets. It'll be a comercial windfall in shirt sales, media viewing, popularity for the club and MLS football as a whole.
I slagged shevchenko off after his first few performances. Even you Dan can't deny he didn't play like a 30 million pound player. I still don't think he is worth 30 mil (maybe a couple years ago) i do think he will get his second wind. And by the way how can you call walcott overated. I am not to sure if he will be better then rooney i think he can do it but you have to admit they will make one hell of a partnership in the england squad
Fernando Torres & Ashley Cole (AT CHELSEA) Torres scores quite a bit for Athletico, and Athletico arn't paticularly that good as people say they are. Spain put him in their starting eleven, over Villa in a couple of games in the World Cup. But the truth is, David Villa pisses all over Torres!, scoring, and ability wise. And, the whole Fergie and Torres thing ain't happening now, and for me thats a good thing as i believe he has so overatted. As for Ashley Cole, he was amazing at Arsenal over that long time at Arsenal, but Arsene Wenger made a great decision by swapping him for Gallas, great work Wenger. 'C'ashley Cole, hasn't shown his best at Chelsea, and the results in this period of time shows it. Chelsea, defensively are all over the place, lacking that strength that Terry gives them, but if they would've kept Gallas i don't think Chelsea would be in the position they are now, lacking that all important defensive strength. He came to Chelsea in a big-money move + swap, increasing his wages by ?40,000!. And judging by that amount hasn't really shown his wage value at Chelsea, but then again hardly any of Chelsea's players show their wage budget do they?....
Beckham's the most over rated player. i can run quicker than him. Hr wont be missed by England as all the could do was set pieces and between this younger England squad they've probably can do better set pieces than him anyway.
This is a hard one, there's lots of overrated players in world football. It's hard to just pick one out. However, i'd have to go for Adriano. Deemed as one of the best strikers/footballers in the world, however he's very inconsistent in what he does, and for me, he doesn't make my top 5 strikers in the world. Still a good player though. Someone said Walcott was underrated.. Give him a break.
