isnt it amazin how ova the past 2/3 years u find a massive increase in chelsea fans. It just go to show that these are the real glory hunters. What i found funny was that the durin the Chelsea v Watford game earlier this season was that wen chelsea wer 4-0 up the watford fans sang '4-0 up and u stil dont sing'

You do realize that Uniteds fan base quadrupled in the 90's when you began winning trophies?

More than any other club in the history of the sport perhaps.

I have often read on here, heard on the radio how quiet it is at Old Trafford.

I think City fans make a lot more noise though.

Funniest I heard was when Chelsea were 3-0 up at Old Trafford and they sang " You came all this way and you lost" to United fans.

Funniest thing Mourinho's said:<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"I saw their players and manager go for a lap of honour after losing to us in their last home game. In Portugal if you do this, they throw bottles at you." - on Manchester United</div> [IMG]

    Erm, no..
Average attendence around 5 years ago was around 39k now around 43k or so?
Of course we're growing and we're becoming more popular worldwide. Chelsea fans sing probaly as much as any other top club in the premiership like Manu or Arsenal. (Probaly not Liverpool)..

I don't think United fans can talk about glory hunting. And what about the pre Abromovic fans?

    Why was this thread revived.

None-the-less Chelsea fans IMO haven't got the passion of some other clubs. A good example was United4life's Watford one[IMG]

The thread shouldn't have been revived, it's 5 months old.

But Chelsea is just one of those clubs whose fans don't seem very passionate but they are, they just don't show it, they'd rather be quiet and seem like they don't like being at the game [IMG]
