Ah, the old 'greater than the sum of its parts' argument...No way would Scottish or Welsh fans support a team with English players representing them, and as for Northern Ireland, forget it! Can you imagine if we got grouped with the Republic of Ireland in qulaifying?...bye bye world cup finals! FIFA are itching for a chance to chuck us out as it is.

As far as a team goes, it'd be packed with English players, have maybe two or three welshmen and scots and no Northern Irish players whatsoever. I know they want one for the 2012 Olympics (apparently the Scots won't play fair) but it'd be under 23 players and hardly any big names.

Youu know they say never say never? Well, I'm saying NEVER EVER EVER will you see a GB side in the World Cup. It's doubtful there'll be a UK by 2018 when we host the Finals again anyway
