<font size="2">Tottenham midfielder Edgar Davids has rejoined Ajax on an 18-month contract.

</font> <font size="2">Davids moved to White Hart Lane in August 2005 but this season the 33-year-old Dutch international has found first-team opportunities rare.

</font> <font size="2">The midfielder, who has also played for Inter and AC Milan, Juventus and Barcelona, completed his medical with the Dutch club on Monday.

</font> <font size="2">Davids played for Ajax from 1991 to 1996, winning the Uefa Cup in 1992 and the Champions League three years later.

</font> <font size="2">The combative Davids also won three Dutch titles in his first spell with Ajax - but his new club trail PSV Eindhoven by eight points in the current league table.</font>

yer he was one of my favourite players in the premiership...I heard some rumours already that he might be one of the next big signings in that bloody MSL...damn those Americans can piss me off! We want good players in the good leagues, not good players in one of the shittest leagues in the world.
Only someone like the Beckham, the prima donna prince would move to that league...
but Pele and Cruyff went there aswell but that was a while ago.

George Best also graced America in his day.

Good move for Edgar going to Amsterdam. Maybe he wants to be closer to the red light district
