Of course Thomson is a good buy but it was Brown who Rangers really needed! The rest are short term fixes, so nothng to get excited about. Also you lost a lot of players from the squad Clement, Rodriguez, Bardsley, Martin, Ricksen, Letizi etc. So the squad is weaker and where's the spark/goals going to come from?

I suggest that on balance WS has not done enough in this window and Rangers are in for a tough battle for 2nd place, and to progress further in Europe. [IMG]

They got rid of all the dead wood so to speak. No chance at the title but 2nd place should be in the bag

    Bring on the Rangers

Maybe next year Rangers can actually give us a run for the league but i dont know about Weir he is finished and he was an Everton reject but so far Egiouh or whatever his name is must be the best signing apart from thomson that Rangers have signed but Celtic will snatch Brown in the summer in my view

Brown to win both the CIS Cup and the Scottish Cup.

Then heads down south to join up with Tony Mowbray at newly promoted West Brom for a fee of ?5million.

Well - 2 out of 3 wont be bad!

    Anyway - back to topic!
Inspired - well he's pulling a bunch of dudds out of retirement. No danger was Kevin Thomson worth 2 Million.
Hibs supporter since he was born, and now he's always dreamt of playing for Rangers? Players are full of crap.

Rangers need to spend serious money to get back in contention - and offload a lot of dead wood.
Walter did a better job in the Scotland post (not difficult considering his predecessor) and it was a blow to lose him. Gers fans were happy to see him leave the last time, funny how things change.
Next season: Celtic being pushed by Hibs/Aberdeen.....

(think thats those green glasses again!)
