If these kinds of events were to happen in the UK im sure fifa and uefa would absoloutly cascade english football certainly to a greater degree than im sure they would to the Italians. banning us from participating in international competitions or at least the champions league for a few years. But how can Italian football be taken seriously after Dida had flares thrown at him, the italian football scandal and now this. Italy champions of world football, i dont think so.

Every team cheats now and again yes Grosso dived big deal i dont complain about the WHOLE PORTO team diving at Seville 2003 but yeah the problem with Italy is there too passionate about there football ... Italy = Slums in most areas so for most fans football is all they've got
I believe that almost every player will dive at least once in their career and they do it at even the biggest competitions (world cup, champions league) so I can't understand why everyone makes a big deal when an Italian does it?
It is a bloody big deal coz it won them the match and pretty much the world cup. We probably would of won if it went into extra time, thats why the bloody faggot dived. I hate the prick, almost as bad as I hate Mattarazzi!
Calm down gunnerz it in the past i dont hate Porto or Giggs and they cheated Celtic. Cheating happens in football so stop going on and on about it every day a team somewhere in the world gets cheated and i know what its like but you cant just hate the team/player etc because they done it to you i mean Giggs dived to get a penalty against Celtic (Dont care what any United fan says He DIVED) but learn to deal with it I have. Complain about it during or after the game maybe even a few weeks but not after 8 months or so. Trying to tell me if you were in Grosso sitution in the box of your opponents last minute and you and your team is tiring you wouldnt go down to get the penalty to give your team that little bit more of a chance of scoring ?
