There can be no doubting that since THAT incident in the World Cup, Cristiano Ronaldo has been in sublime form. Much of the criticism levelled his way in the past concerned "his inablity to deliver final product with an excess of flash (and stepovers.)" Well one only has to have a simple look at the Actim stats or even watch a game in which Cristiano is involed to know that this is clearly tosh. His wizardy of tricks has (particularly) this season been supplemented with wonder-goals, numerous assists and an abundance of vision in his passing. Given that football is the world game there are clearly always going to be many contenders for the ultimate title of the world's best player. But are the likes of Ronaldinho (spelling!), Henry, Eto'o, Pirlo, Kaka etc. really better than Cristiano on current form? Discuss

i cant answer this question there are so many good footballers! as you said, ronaldinho, Henry, kaka, i think Fabregas deserves a mention asswell but it would be between: Terry, Henry and C.Ronaldo however i think there are a couple of young players that will become pritty good such as: Fabregas, Bale, Walcott, Lennon, Richards, e.t.c anyone agree?
