the only leagues with a relal mvp is NHL and NBA and baseball. its the saem stats for all positions, NFL its not. INTs for DBs, pass rating for QBs, REC for WRs, Tack. for LBs, Rush yards for RBs, sacks for DL. its to hard to tell who is the most dominatn, you can only tell who is the most dominant at a position,

Only one guy deserved MVP this year...LaDanian Tomlinson. He was the Chargers this year.

He accounted for 77% of their rushing yards, 22% of their receiving yards (33% of their total receptions for the year) and 33% of their scoring.

In the process, he had 2370 yards from scrimmage, 17 touchdowns and set an NFL record for receptions for running backs with 100.

He was a diamond amongst rocks for the bolts this year. MVP!!!!

Its funny that rbs are mentioned in the mvp race.

When actuality is that qbs genarelly get this award.
Beef hit the nail on the head rename the award to
    most oustanding player award.

    Or mvp quarterback.

Way i see it there were many mvps this year.
jamal lewis 2000 yards only 4 players have earned
    this honor.

priest holmes, 27 tds to break marshall faulks and emmit
    smith record.

Then theres defensive players ray lewis can anymore be said of
this machine who takes his defense on his shoulders and leds.

Then the qbs mcnair and manning both have had oustanding years
and have led there teams to the playoffs.

Everyone one of these players have led there team to a playoff.
Maybe the nfl should be like the nhl and give individual awards at
the end of the year for each catorgory. lol.

my vote is on jamal lewis or priest.

I think the 2 playoff games have proven who the one & only true MVP is. Peyton Manning of course.

I still feel Manning should have won the MVP last year. Tom Brady would have gotten my 2nd place vote before McNair.
