He should watch a few videos of Michael Owen in the premiership, and copy what he used to do. The coaching staff should also work on his sharpness and reactions in front of goal. Needs to continue to get in the danger areas, and demand the ball, as well as tackling back etc. Wright Philips. Lacks self belief. He need to motivate himself, otherwise the future looks bleak. The great Chelsea players go out on the field and take the game by the scruff of the neck (Terry, Lampard etc.) Wright Phillips needs to do similar, or he will be another one for the door.
