wow some players won't stop at anything to stop that man. He Is still the Greatest footaller to grace this earth though. Anyone who thinks that Maradona was better is completely wrong
Why do people still rate Pele as the best? Sure he may of been the best around his time, but since then game has evolved into a much better standard of football. If you put Ronaldinho into a time machine and play him instead of Pele in ALL those games, what do you think would happen? Well two things: 1) Ronaldinho pwns them all with his skill. 2) Then gets seriously injured by some pissed of defender. Any who, I'd put Pele into the same categoric as Zidane, Maradona etc. Great players but I wouldn't rate them as magical. Now players like (or player) Ronaldinho, they're truly blessed with the gift. Just my 2 cents.
Ronaldinho isnt the best player in the world maybe the most skillful but not the best player. Kaka is he can turn defenders and has a good pass on him can finish, defend, hold up the ball. Anyways.. Players wanted to snap peles legs back in the day because of two reasons 1- They were jealous all the talk was about him 2- They were sick of being humilated infront of thousands of people

For example Fifa 99 is regarded as the best footy game ever but obviously fifa '07' is miles better now-a-days
But it's like saying the PS1 in inferior to the PS3. Pele is only considered the best because of his goal talley, like Ronaldo.

Anyways..</div> You think just like me, ive always thought of Kak? as a bette all round player compared to ronaldinho. and if pele played against ronaldinho, both in their primes, Ronaldinho would easily win. ronaldinho is more technically advanced compared to pele which would give him the edge.
People didnt do as much skills them days and more styles of play have been adapted nowadays. He was the best in his era but no more..
