With Ledley out injured, is it time that MJ picked a new vice-captain?

I find the situation quite strange at the moment, because when Keano is playing, he wears the arm band, and seems to do a pretty good job of shouting and organizing at the team. But when Keane is not playing, Robbo gets the captaincy, and he doesn't have the confidence in himself to do the 'shouting' role at this present time.

Should MJ stick with his rolling vice-captains or perhaps look to Dawson, Zakora or another first team regular to pick up where Ledley has left off?

I would prefer Michael Dawson to be made captain when Ledley is not playing. I don't agree with keepers being captain, and nothing whatsoever against Keane's captaincy talents, but a few weeks ago it was slightly worrying the way he was waving his arms about rather than confidence inspiring. So Dawson for me as the vice captain.

But that's coming from a non-spurs fan. [IMG]

i agrree with the above that keepers should not be captains. You need a leader in the middle of the park to dictate things

I think Huddlestone will be a good captain in a few years time
