Anyone else get pi33ed off seeing a defender "shielding" the ball out for a goal kick? I can't beleive this is allowed when it surley states in the rule book, that this is a foul. I would love to see a referee to be bold enough to give a foul against a defender. It might put more pressure on your team, but it would make for more excitement with the ball in play and seeing how good or bad defenders could get out of a sticky situation. AC Milan were great at this the other night. [IMG]

I don't see the problem with shielding the ball, it' part of the game.

Where abouts in the rule book is this Krustie?

I hate people that complain about either Defenders sheilding the ball or them taking into the corner in the last 2 seconds it happens deal with it
