We can safely claim that Wenger knows how raise untapped talent and bring it forth to super stardom. We can safely claim that the man has been consistent in doing that portion of his job. The only thing that worries me about Arsene Wenger is his inability to teach his team consistent ruthlessness. Arsenal would have been better off both in the Champions League and Premiership if only they would learn to slaughter the enemy with passionate ruthlessness. Arsene's game has beauty, slickness, flair and finesse, but lacks the ruthlessness to deliver the final punch consistently. Wenger's team will always get close to the top and then slip by the wayside. They just seem to lack the final nail. This is the biggest difference between Wenger and his peers (the Mourinho's and the Ferguson's). His peers teach their teams to win ugly. That is why Arsenal will always messes up in important moments because these moments in modern football are not about slickness nor beauty of the game but hardened ruthlessness that ought to surface in clutch moments.
