From watching the Portsmouth versus Chelsea game Shaun Wright Phillips is playing really bad. He can be the one of the best in the Premiership, but from this performance, he looks inexperienced and cagey. i think that he will become good but I'm not entirely sure. Is he good or not?
He has wrecked his career by going Chelski. If he went to a club like Arsenal or tottenham from Man City then he would be an England starter. had a chance to go back to Man City in January nut didn't take it. R.I.P SWP's playing career
He is a quality player but needs games, just look at Bentley, with Steven Reid getting injured he has played all season and has become of age because of it, he is now a quality player. SWP just need games but i dont think he will get them and needs to move on. If Ronaldo moves in the summers could you see United going in for him?

shaun wright phillips is immense and there isnt all that many players like him. he will look cagey and give the ball away, how often has he played a game of football really? if you can, find some videos of him at man city because he was by far the best player there. i remember when hes come on in england matches, england have always looked more like scoring with him on
Shaun Wright Phillips one of the best right side midfilders in the country but his biggest mistake was going to Chelsea he is a player that needs games.
The guy can play, and showed some form late last season. I don't like seeing him getting critised too much.
