Watching today's game confirmed what I've thought for a long time Momo Sissoko isn't good enough to play for a top team. Ok he get his foot in well, and that tackle on Ronaldo was quality but his composure on the ball is terrible. He wins it back well but 99% of the time he's gave it away. Seriously today, in the first half when a ball came to him about 35 yards out he went to control it then proceeded to hoof the ball about 30 feet vertically in the air above his head when in an acre of space. You wouldn't see Championship players do that, hell you wouldn't see many League One players do it. This guy is like Bambi on ice half the time.

Do Liverpool fans believe you can move forward, and towards a title with this guy in centre midfield, in centre midfield ahead of Steven Gerrard I should add.

I've seen him play better, but his ball control is never good. Great ball winner but terrible when he's got it.

He's a good player and is a reasonable tackler!!

He's strong, tall and has the pace which is required in midfield!!

But he can't pass or control the ball, both of which are also needed in midfield.

Momo has been out of action for over 3 months so what do you expect after only having 90 minutes of football and the passion and pace of the game today, he is young and will be a top top player.

It's not just today he's always had poor control.

I think we can blame Momo's poor play on the fact that he's just returned from injury. He's not yet match fit, but with a run of games he'll come back for us. I wouldn't actually have played him today if I'd been selecting the squad.

Agreed you can't expect a player to be on form after a 3 months lay-off

He played great against Barca but yesterday he was awful and looked really slow and made Scholes look quick. He also gave the ball away on numerous occasions.
